Miss me? I’ve been gone for ever so long.

I apologize for my absence. I was sick for almost three weeks. Between extra hours at work and trying to sleep enough to feel better, I didn’t even have time to update my comic, let alone my blog. And being sick (and drugged up) and very tired, I don’t even have any dreams to share with you all. Least I didn’t catch pneumonia like my sister.

For those who do read my comic, I’ll assume you’ve been there and seen the note I left? For those who perhaps have not made their way there yet, since I haven’t updated Arkana in over a month, I’ve been thinking about scrapping it and starting a new comic. Free Range Poetry will continue, but posting two color comics a week is just very time consuming. So I’m considering a new comic called Tattoo. It would be mostly a black and white comic, not Lovecraftian, but still a supernatural horror comic. Unless there are any objections, Tattoo would begin in May. If there are objections, I’ll attempt to finish up Arkana first, and then on to the new comic.

On the subject of horror… any Hellraiser fans out there? They’ve finally decided to release Hellraiser 7: Deader in June of this year! Yay! It’s about time! They’ve only been sitting on it for, what, two years? Hellraiser 8: Deadworld is due out in September. I’ve preordered Deader at Amazon for 30% off. Unfortunately Deadworld is not available for preorder yet. Anyone have any of the old comics? I only have a few… I’d be willing to trade for them, or buy them. I suppose I could just seek out the “graphic novels,” but I’m something of a comic purist. I don’t want a book; I want a comic.

Beh, things are starting to pollinate. Figures I finally get over a nasty cold, and go right into my allergies. I should buy stock in benadryl. It’s so unfair. I love nature. Why doesn’t nature love me back? ::cry::
