  • I am really beat, so I'm going to call it an early night I think. Not much to say anyway today, or at least nothing I couldn't say better when I'm well rested.

I have 1810 mycokerewards points and nothing to spend them on. The prizes they offer are lame with all the really good prizes well over 10,000 points. Considering you can only enter ten codes a day, and I've been saving up for about two years, it seems pretty unlikely that I'll ever have enough points for the best prizes. Also, considering I'm trying to give up caffeine, and then processed sugar (in that order), I probably won't have much more than my 1810 points. Anyone want me to buy you something at the mycokerewards site? lol

I'm down to one caffeinated coke every two days.

What's really ironic about my exhaustion today is... for the last three days, I had to go to bed early because I had to be up early for work. I don't have to get up early tomorrow, but I'll still end up going to bed early. Darn I feel old.

This is the 30th day of Payni in the Egyptian calendar. Thoth appears with Shu to bring back Tefnut. This is also the Panegyric of Isis. Osiris was found and Isis rejoiced.

  • Wow! I am impressed with the coke intake.  I drink 1 can of coke a day.  I am hoping to get it down to where you are in the summer.  I gave up on the points because it was too much work (Im so lazy).  Hope you get a good night sleep and feel rested.

  • That aint no thang. I got my caffeinated coke down to just a few a month. Well, through the winter anyway. Nothing like hot cup of java. With summer coming on there is always all those new caffeinated beverages coming out everyday...so many I can quit one every few days and still keep going.

  • im turning in early tonight too.  i have a friend at work that gets other peoples coke caps for her coke rewards.  i give her mine all the time.  she's bought all kind of things from them.

  • RYC:  I ordered those two books you recommended!!! (amazon loves me)  I haven't been to a western doctor since, well, let's see, Son is 21...  I'm lucky, blessed... with good health for the most part.  No allergies, chicken soup for the occasional cold, hot tea for anything else. (not that I need an excuse for chicken soup or tea - I eat soup for breakfast most days and drink tea all day)   Bad joints, but I'm thinking something in one of those books could help.  I have also looked into traditional medicine, which is why I avoid potatoes (which are a trigger food for me).  Baby is confused when he is alone in a room, but he's had a lot of loss lately, and I know cats 'know' stuff.  Panda is fine unless I pull out a suitcase.

I used to drink coke all day.  I've stopped ingesting so much high fructose corn syrup - I'm an obnoxious label reader now.  Where do you get all of you info?  Fascinating stuff!

  • Yay to giving up caffeine!  I never had a real problem with it, but I think I feel better not drinking it.  I'll have tea once in a while, but meh.  Haha - what travelerblue said.

  • However not surprisingly your words must be the absolute truth
